Elevated Tides Marina features 76 slips and side-tie berths, accommodating boats up to 45 feet in length. It welcomes sailboats, small powerboats, ski boats, fishing boats, cuddy cabin vessels, kayaks, and canoes. Amenities include 30-amp shore power, water on the docks, ample free parking, and a friendly, boater-managed staff dedicated to making the rental process straightforward and enjoyable. Boat Slips

Side-Tie Slips, Inner Side of Docks

Available monthly and seasonally, these protected slips are inside of our docks and suitable for boats up to 25 feet.

Angled Slips

Available on long-term agreement only (not available seasonally). These popular slips accommodate boats up to 45 feet with room for your dock box.

Located at the ends of our main docks, these slips accommodate boats 20–30 feet, depending on location.

Moorage tenant and guest parking in “Sailor Lots” only. Vehicles without a parking sticker or pass are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

We have 76 slips and side-tie berths that accommodate vessels up to 45 feet.

While sailboats make up the majority, we also welcome small powerboats, ski boats, fishing boats, cuddy cabins, kayaks, and canoes.

A scenic row of 14 floating homes lines the marina, adding to the charm and sense of community.

We are unable to accommodate live-aboard or overnight tenants under any circumstances.

We hate this one, we are boaters, not bankers, but... Rent is due on the 1st, and delinquent on the 10th. Payments received after the 10th and checks not honored by the bank are subject to a $25 fee.

Built in the late 1970s by the late Jewel Goddard, a lifelong sailor who once crossed the Pacific in a Morgan Out Island 41 sailboat.
