Where is Elevated Tides located?
We’re nestled on the Oregon shore of North Portland Harbor.

What are the sauna hours?
Our floating sauna operates daily from 6 am to 8 pm when the last session starts.
What are the benefits of using a sauna?

Is there anywhere to hang out outside?
Yes, we have a rooftop for relaxing on with plenty of space to lounge outside.
What happens if it rains?
There’s nothing better than a sauna in the rain. Sauna bookings will not be cancelled for weather.
Are kids and pets allowed?
Saunas are open to guests ages 13+, provided a parent or legal guardian is present and has signed a waiver for the child. No pets allowed including service animals.
Showers & Bathrooms?
Freshwater showers are available for guests to rinse off on the boat, however soap is strictly prohibited for environmental reasons. Bathrooms are located in the Sauna Parking lot.
What if I'm pregnant?
We do not recommend getting in the sauna while pregnant, however you’re welcome to enjoy the rest of the boat as there is plenty of room to relax outside the sauna!
Plunging?
Guests are allowed to plunge in the River as long as they stay within the plunge zone and use the platform ladders when exiting. Keep in mind that we are in an active marina, and the water can be dangerous and unpredictable.
